I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with a background in clinical psychology and evidence-based psychological therapies.
I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in Romania, where I am registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists (COPSI) as an autonomous clinical psychologist and Psychotherapist. I also hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Counselling.
My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which guides much of my clinical work. I have completed professional training in CBT and continue to integrate evidence-based approaches into my practice.

In the UK, I practise as a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and am currently working towards full accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I am committed to practicing ethically, working within the scope of my qualifications and professional registrations, and keeping my knowledge up to date through regular supervision and continuing professional development.

Alongside my core training, I have undertaken additional professional development in areas including ADHD assessment and psychotherapy at Schema Therapy Institute, and suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention training, alongside ongoing continuing professional development (CPD).

This website is both an educational resource and a place where you can learn more about the psychological services I offer. The blog aims to help you better understand psychology, mental health, and wellbeing through evidence-based articles, practical insights, and real-life reflections.
While the information shared here may help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, it is not a substitute for individual therapy or psychological assessment.
If you’re looking for personalised support, you can find more information about the services I offer on the Services page.

Travel exposes us to new environments, routines, and experiences, which can influence the way we think, feel, and behave. Stepping away from everyday responsibilities often gives us space to reflect, see life from a different perspective, and discover new aspects of ourselves. While everyone’s experience is unique, research suggests that travel can contribute to personal growth, wellbeing, and increased self-awareness. Read more -> Blog

Yes. Thanks to neuroplasticity, our brains continue to adapt throughout life. Learning new skills, forming new habits, travelling, and therapy can all influence the way our brains process information and respond to experiences.

This blog is for adults and adolescents who are interested in travelling or living abroad, and for anyone who wants to better understand themselves as their environment or “home” changes.
