3. Appointment Bookings
Appointments can be booked through the online booking system or by contacting Psychology Anywhere directly.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive details regarding payment and your appointment.
4. Fees and Payment
All appointments must be paid for in advance.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card using the payment details provided after booking.
Failure to make payment before your appointment may result in cancellation of the session.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if at least 12 hours’ notice is provided.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds or rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is treated confidentially in accordance with professional, ethical and legal obligations.
There are limited situations where confidentiality may need to be breached, including where there is a legal obligation or where there are serious concerns regarding the safety of you or another person. Where possible, this will be discussed with you first.
7. Emergency Situations
Psychology Anywhere does not provide emergency or crisis support.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or believe that you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services or the appropriate crisis support service without delay.
